We are pleased to announce Gary Hartfield’s appointment to the Hillsborough Transportation Planning Organization (TPO), where he will serve as a representative for HART. The TPO, formerly the Hillsborough Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO), sets transportation priorities across Tampa, Temple Terrace, Plant City, and unincorporated Hillsborough County.
