Established in 2022, the All Hart Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization committed to developing progressive solutions that empower and transform communities of color. Founded by serial entrepreneur and philanthropist Gary Hartfield, the foundation collaborates with community stakeholders and allied organizations to deliver programming, training, and education aligned with its mission of empowerment and change. Among its signature initiatives is The Refinery: A Social Exchange, which convenes leaders and entrepreneurs from across the community for thought-provoking conversations that inspire change and empower the culture.
